If you'd like to return or exchange we are sorry that you are not completely satisfied with your recent purchase. Please read the terms and conditions below before placing your exchange/return order.
What items are returnable?

- Unwashed and Unworn
- In the original packaging
What items are non-refundable?
- Free gifts/Promotional items
- Items on sale
- Accessories like bags, pouches & Knit items
- Items used, washed or damaged in anyway
- Items purchased by a commercial entity/for commercial or research purposes.
Are there any charges for return?
- There are no charges for return
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- You are responsible for return shipping charges
How do I return?
- Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click 'Start a Return'
- Follow the screen instructions and select the items you want to return
- You will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines
- We do not offer return pick up facility.
How soon will I get my refund?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 10 business days.
- Transaction fee may apply.
Note: For international order, unfortunately we are unable to cover the cost of parcels shipped that go lost or missing. Kindly provide sufficient address and contact details while ordering. All international orders are final sale, no returns accepted unless the product has been proved defective.
